The content of the coaching may be the entire context of professional life (leadership, communication, collaboration, organisational development etc.): The objectives of the conversations range from exchanges around personal competences and perspective to guide for reflection and resolution of conflicts with employees, colleagues or superiors.

Coaching framework:

• The focus is on an individualistic and customized approach
• At the beginning there is a recording of the current situation. The starting point and expectations as well as ideally objectives are formulated. In close collaboration, feasible approaches and development prospects are defined.
• Followed by one or as many coaching sessions as requested and if required, feedback at a specific time
• The coaching concludes with a mutually agreed achievement
