Lukas Kühne holds a degree in history from the University of Bern and a Master of Advanced Studies in Human Resource Management from the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland. He has been working in recruitment since 2004 and took on the role of Managing Partner at Meister Executive Search in January 2020. Lukas Kühne therefore has a wealth of experience in handling executive search mandates and a network that has been cultivated over decades. Lukas Kühne is fluent in German and English.

Laura De Paolis studied business economics and deepened her knowledge with a Master's degree in International Management. She has been working in recruitment for ten years and learnt the trade from scratch as a research analyst. In 2017, she took over the management of the research team and shortly afterwards increasingly took on the project management of mandates. She has been working full-time as a consultant since 2019, completed an MAS in HRM and has also been operationally managing the Meister Networks division since 2022. She speaks fluent German and English.

Anna Katharina Laederach has more than 20 years' experience as Head of HR at well-known large companies and in the public sector. In 2005, she founded Leaders Solutions AG, which focussed on executive search, coaching and assessment. After fifteen successful years, Meister Executive Search AG took over the Executive Search division as a succession solution in 2022. She contributes her many years of expertise and extensive network as a member of the Board of Directors and supports her long-standing clients as a sparring partner. She is fluent in German, English and French.

Giorgio Albisetti is a qualified lawyer and notary, holds an Executive MBA HSG degree and has been Chairman of the Executive Board of Von Graffenried AG Liegenschaften since 2017. Giorgio Albisetti contributes his experience as an entrepreneur, his eye for innovation, his extensive network and his valuable strategic expertise to various boards of directors and foundation boards. He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Meister Executive Search since January 2020.

Stéphane Lehideux has a double degree in law and business administration. He began his career in strategy consulting, then gained experience in the software industry before finding his calling in executive search 25 years ago. Stéphane is an experienced expert who has successfully managed the French branch of several international headhunting firms and has been supporting Meister Executive Search as a Senior Consultant since 2024. He is perfectly bilingual in French and English.

Davide Ringgenberg completed his Bachelor's degree in Economics at the University of Bern and earned his Master's degree in International and European Business at the University of Fribourg. He joined Meister Executive Search AG in 2018 as a Research Analyst, where he very successfully specialized in the identification and approach of specialists and executives. In September 2020, he was promoted to Research Associate, and since January 2022, he has been working as a Consultant for our clients within Meister Networks. In addition to his native languages, German and Italian, he speaks fluent French and English.

Lorenzo Albisetti graduated from business school in Bern and joined Meister Executive Search AG as a Research Associate in 2024. As a long-standing team leader in the cantonal administration, he has valuable practical experience in the recruitment and management of employees. He now brings his wealth of experience and strong communication skills to bear as our Head Research. Lorenzo speaks fluent German and English.

Sabrina Canonica joined Meister Executive Search AG as a Research Associate in 2023. She was able to familiarise herself with various personnel selection procedures during her psychology studies and has since gained in-depth practical experience in direct contact and the diverse processes of personnel recruitment. This knowledge and her understanding nature have helped her to lead the internal research centre in a deputy management role since March 2024. She speaks fluent German, Spanish and English.

Yanik Zurkinden joined Meister Executive Search as a Research Associate at the end of 2022, shortly after completing his Master's degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology at the University of Fribourg. He quickly took on additional management and technical responsibilities and has been responsible for the further development of processes and business development in a broad role since 2024. He speaks fluent German and English.

Lukas Boss studied social sciences at the University of Bern and completed his bachelor's degree in 2021. In the same year, he joined Meister Executive Search as a research analyst and made a name for himself with his empathetic approach to direct search and market analysis. Lukas Boss is studying for a Master's degree in Society and Communication in Fribourg. He puts this knowledge to good use at MES. He has been a Research Associate since March 2023 and works in customer acquisition. Lukas Boss speaks fluent German and English.

Natasa Rogers has been studying business administration at Bern University of Applied Sciences since 2023 and began specialising in marketing in 2025. At the same time, she works at Meister Executive Search as a research associate, successfully applying her analytical thinking and customer focus to direct search and market analysis. Through her studies, she combines business knowledge with practical experience in the executive search field. She is fluent in German and English.
